Worked through things. Did three hours of physical activity to try and get that cortisol back down to manageable levels. Listened to music. Was brave.
 
Practiced breathing techniques, hula hooped, bounced on the mini-tramp, took a walk to say hi to all my edible growth throughout the yarden, dry brushed my skin, showered, treated my skin to its favorite oils, treated my nose it its favorite aromas, treated my body to its favorite nurturing and hydrating fuels, and reminded myself how worth it I am to engage in all of these cell-ph care acts that bring relief, especially the ones that don't cost anything extra or require another being to make it happen. I seem to be good at not using the tools I have on hand in hopes of finding yet a better one. I think it's the human condition. Ass-backwards in so many ways, just as we've been taught to be.
