Extra breathing exercises, sat in stillness with the universal healing chant, smudged myself and my spaces with sage and palo santo, prepared some gorgeous xmas cactus flowers (that usually only blooms in the fall) for a flower essence blend, took a hot epsom bath and did some bath tub yoga to stretch the aches and pains away, both heart-aches and physical aches, and treated my skin to some nourishing oils/scents that won't wreck my endocrine system in the process....next will be spending substantial time outside as I busily redirect all the self-sabotaging thoughts flying through my brain, and re-potting a few indoor house plants that have grown like crazy.
 
Bed yoga, more breathing exercises, practiced ho'oponopono, hugged the hubby longer and more often than usual, made a comfrey/ginger root/turmeric root infusion, and am currently sitting in front of the sun lamp I found dirt cheap on craigslist.

Then I thanked myself for finally releasing the societal/familial expectations on the day I used to be running around like crazy trying to cook all the toxic shit that made our innards so miserable, wrapping all the shit that made us feel stressed from trying to afford it, and having to eventually un-decorate all that plastic wasteful foofy shit and clean up pine needles for weeks.

Ahhhhhh.....freedom from the ongoing fictional f*ckery....one of the best gifts I've ever given myself....although it doesn't need to be wrapped, it sure helped wrap up a few toxic loose ends in my life.
