Husband is sick today, so grabbed my keys and the dog and went for a car ride to get a frappe for me and my husband. Talked to a employee there. Turned the heater back on. Being online and watching movies. We are watching the news right now. Have a nail appointment for tommorow and emdr on Monday.

Mint Italian Soda after plasma. Mint is kinda a comfort thing for me. Reminds me snitching candy canes off the tree at my aunt's house.

Been good today and had a Flu jab

We have been so busy at work, ferrying folk to and from various doctors surgeries - it is flu jab time :eek:

Going to go and get tacos. The vice presidential debate is on tonigjt amd I will watch that. Mabe I will go and get me some ice cream. I am in the mood. I am having a great day. We balanced the chedkbook and my husband no longer meddles with it anymore.

Lit a pink candle to increase my self-esteem and self-love, and sat for a while wrapped in my blanket with pink roses on it, taking in these positive feelings, and sitting with the sorrow and grief that welled up in me, to be healed.

I slept as long as I needed today and I don't feel guilty. I am taking the day to process everything I have been through lately and I am going to take care of myself all day long.

I took a shower and got dressed up. Went and got my mani/pedi. Went and for frappes for the both of us. Got gas for the car, it is all filled up now. Went home and put on warmer clothers. It is too cold today. We are supposed to get some rain. I am having a craving for donuts. I do not know if I will go and get some.

I left work on time for a change...nothing like working only an 8 hour day! :)

I have a few hours to myself as hubby has taken himself off to bed.

So do I sit here and sew, kit or crotchet, or do I go upstairs and print some pictures of for Christmas cards.

I am going to rest this morning so I will have enough energy to go to the fundraiser being giving for my family tonight. Cancer suck, but people are amazing.

Watching shows I really enjoy, playing facebook games, and curling up under a blanket and relaxing.:)
