I relaxed with my book and a low calorie Galaxy hot chocolate.

I packed my husbands stuff into boxes and cried my eyes out.

Went out and got a choclate chip frappe and a carmel frappe for my husband. Taking it easy today.

It is 9.30pm. I am going to have an early night before a busy day tomorrow.

Realized compared to others....my life isn't so bad!!!!

I have done a 4 hour stint at the carers office answering the phones today. I love it there.

Then I had a 40 minute round trip walk to pick up one present, all because that shop sold pink ones and not brown or blue.

The things I do for my grandchildren.

I could tell I was in a lot of physical pain and about to get a migraine on top of that so I practiced kindness and understanding to myself. Instead of pushing through it and or ignoring it I took a 30 min reprieve with some pain meds and an ice pack. I feel so much better now both physically and mentally :)

Went to T which stressed me out more than went to the gym.

I took a shower, went out for some frappes for us, and ran my errands. I will get tacos for dinner. I am having anxiety today so I am taking it easy.
