What Did You Do For You Today???

I went to a show on Jillian Michaels tour today. I really enjoyed myself :)

I haven't quite done it yet, but when I wake (assuming I sleep) I will go to the beauty salon and have my hair done. She's an awesome stylist, I've known her for years and getting my hair done is what makes me happy.

Oh' I know what I did. I divided and transplanted four plants and cut the grass some. This is some work I can really enjoy.

I went to yoga.

I went to belly dancing.

I dressed myself to look super cute today :)

I ensured that Hubby and I stopped working on the house by 7.15pm so we could relax and chill.

I looked after my basic needs; I didn't beat myself up emotionally or mentally for not coping.

I went shopping despite my anxiety being elevated.

Now I am going walking.

I went shopping and bought a cardigan that was half the price today, than it was 2 weeks ago. :tup:

I was reluctant to pay the old price when I first saw it.

I ensured that Hubby and I didn't work on the house after 7pm so that we could relax.

I got up. I meditated. I had a hot bath.
