This is day 3 of my 'new start'. I'm setting my alarm for 1 hour before I plan to get up to take the stomach med that is best taken on an empty stomach. I go back to bed for the last hour. I get up, get dressed, get my coffee, feed & treat my dog, feed me, then get on with the day. I will add to it as I find what works for me. No more sleeping in till 10-11 then waking with the 'blahs'.

I've needed a routine for a very long time, and have FINALLY chosen one! It feels good!!
