I took something for my headache,

I did some yoga nidra meditation.

Trying not to sleep during the day, so I give my body, a better chance at sleep, tonight.

Picked up the disk of the x-rays that were done on my shoulder at my doctor's office.

I then took it to my chiropractor so she could look at them prior to my appointment with her next week. My doctor mentioned having a cortisone shot so will talk to her about having one.

I worked out for 30 minutes. It's a start after not doing it for over a month.

I had a wonderful day with family and friends. I wish this would happen every day.

I had to have a new hot water heater installed. The plumber that showed up was someone that I felt very comfortable in talking with. He grew up in this neighborhood, and would keep asking me, do you know so and so which I usually did.

He even asked me if I ever had been married, and I told him yes, but I never re-married nor did I have any children. He commented to me, once was enough, and I laughed and said yes. He didn't know how true that was since I had been abused.

So now I await the bill to come but will enjoy taking a hot shower in the morning!

Well, I had no idea that I would be buying a new computer today! My computer started to become quite noisy, so noisy that I would shut the door to this computer room. I decided to take it in today and the guy told me that the hard drive was going out.

I ended up getting this used laptop, about 1 year old, and just can't believe that I no longer have that heavy tower here. This updating for me has been exhausting but seems to be quite necessary for me right now. I think I will enjoy having a laptop! He bought my monitor from me and gives a discount when you pay cash so I saved me some money that way.

Now to learn how all this works!

I went to my daughters house after therapy and visited with the girls. I went to Jack in the Box and picked me up some dinner.

I got online and it is so relaxing. I will go to my daughters house to spend the night.

I bought myself a melted burrito. Unfortunately, some of the meat fell out in the packaging and when I crumbled the packaging it squirted out all over me and my car. I then cleaned both.
