I made my bed this morning before heading to work, picked up clothes on the floor, did some laundry and took a shower. I know that doesn't sound like much but doing these small tasks is sort of a big deal. I've let so much go over the last several months (bills, mail, cleaning and self-care). I'm simply trying to get back on track taking caring for myself and my most intimate physical space I call home. When my home is tidy I feel good about myself. When I keep up with home tasks then I'm not as prone to procrastinate around taking care of myself.
