I have had a lovely peaceful afternoon on my own, as hubby was in bed with a bad stomach. So I spent the time wrapping up my grandchildren's Christmas presents.

Made contact.

Meditated.

I laid in bed for hours. It wasn't a healthy thing to do.

Meditated when I woke up this morning.

I went to see my GP.

Ate breakfast.

I managed not to crawl back into bed. This is a good thing. Still, I think I will go to bed early.

Rang for help because I am feeling so bad. I should probably just push through all this anxiety but I don't seem able to at the moment.

Today I went to the Mental Health cares Christmas lunch. I felt so much better for going.

I wrote in my diary about something that is very difficult for me to address. Small step in the right direction.
