What Did You Do For You Today???

I did so many good things for me today. I am so proud of myself. I am taking so much better care of myself.

Finished the questionnaire for my shrink and managed to avoid compulsively over-thinking it though not too thrilled to look underneath the hood at all.

I washed my sheets, pillow cases and my comforter. Clean bed tonight. I am so glad I had the energy and the motivation to do it today.

It's a cold day so I'm putting on my favorite pair of boots. I like them and tend to 'save' them for going out but today I just need to feel ok about myself so pulling up my socks and boots on! Trying my hardest.

I took my time in waking up today. Pandora one of the cats slept with me last night. She cuddles me. It feels so good. Took a nice long, hot shower and put on nice comfortable clothes.

Two bubble baths and a new series on Netflix:)

But I also got homework and cleaning done- yay!

Washed my hair and put on pretty clothes to go out with a good friend.

Today I have been to see my friend who makes cakes. I spent the afternoon making flowers for her out of sugar past.

It did me good as I needed a day off from my husbands PTSD

I took a long hot shower and rubbed lotion on. I got dressed in pretty clothes and I have been enjoying my family.
