I finally continued my search for specialized trauma therapy today, after being stuck for three months on the fact that SE isn't covered by social security.
I am looking into ACT (acceptance & commitment therapy) as well as CBT and schematic psychotherapy, and I'm feeling good about it.
I decided to ease up on my eating choices so I went to the store and found some things I like to eat that were on sale.
I realized I was too rigid in my food choices and had stopped losing weight. I am feeling much better in just relaxing in what I choose to eat. I needed that balance back so will keep working on that.
