Did a relaxing yoga video, journalled for a while to calm down.

Nothing up until now...but I will enjoy my dinner and read the news. End of day...

I made myself a turkey sandwich, listened to the radio, went out to lunch at our local Senior Center and went out for a walk, so at I could get some exercise. It was a gorgeous day, perfect weather, sunny, warm, just lovely!
