What Did You Do For You Today???

What I did for myself today was exercise - walking by the ocean and seeing two seals hanging out, I contacted people. I did a series of mindfulness meditations from our 8 week Mindfulness Challenge that we are doing on this forum. I left the house to do some shopping for food. I choose not to buy unhealthy snacks. I did an hour's study in a different library, which was cold and not so welcoming but it hard good parking. I also challenged some of my own distorted thinking and I did well at breaking it apart. So that was most pleasing.
