I created a new food dish that rocked and devoured the healthy meal. As well I researched an odd looking vegetable that was given to me in an organic gift box called celery root or celeriac root in order to fix it tomorrow.
I heard it is delicious. Has anyone a favorite recipe?
And last but not least, my son's friend gave me a bouquet of flowers...because I am his friend's Mom. (He said he got approval from his girlfriend. lol)
I bought me coffees. & postponed thinking of fosters, because some bright headbuddy came up with an idea letting those thoughts run equals to self injury.
I recommitted to my lifelong diet, with some added benefits which will hopefully help me to lose these last 10-15 pounds that are hanging onto my belly!
I had a very peaceful and enjoyable day refusing to entertain any negative thoughts. I also changed my sheets and put on my down comforter so my bed is ready for the colder weather now.
I ate healthy and enjoyed a nap. I watched movies and just relaxed and had a lovely day.
I'm working on chipping away a trigger that's been bugging me for three years. Realized it ties into many other reactions & need to deal with it pronto.
Worked several hours getting an organic beef and vegetable soup crockin'. I also maneuvered into position with all the roomates and washed bedlinens and such! My room is airing with scented candles and opened window & I am now enjoying the rest of Sword Art on Line II (anime series).
