I bought myself some nice food on the Christmas market in my home town. :hungry:

I practiced resting, meditated, ate very healthy and only allowed myself one chore.

I forced myself to go out today, and to be honest, I quite enjoyed it. I was in a shop looking at them new 4K televisions, and reading up in them from the jargon on display.

I saw a couple looking for a member of staff, but they were all busy, so I went over to them and managed to give them all the information they wanted, I felt pretty good after that.

I bought and took vitamins today including iron pills and vitamin c to help my body absorb the iron. This is important because I get anemic. I'm anemic now and I have been for a long time.

Made myslf a cup of camomile tea, a dinner I love, and watched episodes of a TV show that I just really love.

Absolutely, positively finished my Christmas shopping. I am rather pleased with myself. Makes my husband happy too! lol
