What do you do for exercise?

I do 15-20 minute workout every day, and if I'm feeling good, another 15 minutes for warmup / cooldown. I use Zuzka Light's online gym. It works for me because it lifts my mood for 2-3 hours afterwards. Since the workouts are short, training every day isn't a problem and I get my daily dopamine hit. Also, I don't have to negotiate with myself whether I'll train today or tomorrow instead. It's easier for me to stay consistent than it was when I did 3 -4 training sessions in a week.

That sounds like a lot of fun, but sorry you got sick. Are you frustrated not being able to do what you used to?
I used to be?

Then I was proactive, trying to find new things to fill the gaps.

Then I was bound & determined to find anything, everything possible.

Then I was resigned.

Then I was despairing.

Then I split the difference. Some things work, badly… most things either don’t work, or make things worse.

Then I settled in for a hard ride.

The people who live? Keep MOVING. Even if that’s only forward in TIME. And not in determination. But? Determination helps, IME.

Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.

Totally agree, good for you!

Ballet class! There I feel safe and the instructor and fellow students know I have PTSD and are okay when I have an emotional release and start to sob. 😊

However, my general practitioner (doctor) told me that my bad cholesterol is too high and I needed to get my heart rate up so-high for so-long. Trying to go for an energetic walk while periodically checking my pulse triggered an anxiety attack, even though my heart rate was below target. - There must be a better way, and I'm going to find it!

Thanks for your insight, everyone!
