Yes, reading helps me to escape from the bad feelings usually. Coming to these forums helps a lot, especially since a lot of folks do reply. Sometimes a cup of tea or coffee will help. Eating is not a good idea, though, as it can cause weight gain, so I do my best to stay out of the kitchen. Calling a friend. Visiting someone, usually a close neighbor.
