What do you wish you had asked about the treatment center you attended?

My t and I are looking at residential/inpatient treatment centers and I am struggling with feeling like there are questions that I should be asking that would help us decide which is the best program for me.

I have scoured all of their websites, read online reviews, read past threads on this site and now on Monday I have a call scheduled to speak to an admissions person at one of the centers. I have a list of questions that I have thought of but I know there are things I won't think of to ask. So I was hoping that I could get input from members here. What do you wish you had asked or known about the treatment center where you spent time?
