What helps you stay asleep?

I need a ceiling fan, a cold room, very specific pajamas (light material, long pants, loose shirt, no underwear or socks), and a good pillow (3 on rotation depending on what my neck/spine is doing that day) and the right comforter. If I wake up more than 2x and I am alert, I’ll just get up and do stuff or watch TV shows that tend to put me to sleep. An active day also helps me a lot. I keep water on the nightstand because I’ll also wake if I am dehydrated.

I find that if I do exercise- it kicks in endorphins and I can’t even think about sleep- exercise of any kind is refreshing.

Yeah exercise gets me amped up.

Interesting point about the water.
