I had forgotten how many people plan to lose weight at the start of the new year. Well, that is my plan to, so I went to the book store to buy the Dukan Diet book and the whole diet section was almost completely bare. Apparently everyone else had that thought before me, lol.
Regardless, my plans for this year are to lose weight, finally. I put on so much when my marriage went to crap, it's time to get rid of it, now that I've gotten rid of him. I also hope to learn enough that I do not start 2014 in therapy. I want to get well enough to feel confident on my own. I think that's doable now that I have a good therapist.
