What Made You Angry Today?

I am angry about the fact that the abuse was so severe as a child that I never got to develop a personality or be present enough to notice what was going on. I am, however, not ruminating on that and that is an improvement for me.

I was angry yesterday with my husbands friend.

They went out for a drink and they ended up coming home drunk. He bought him Jack Daniels.

So many things make me angry. I am not sure why or what in particular is making me angry.

A supposed friend edited her facebook post after I corrected her and pretended it was that way all along.

I really hate dementia and I am angry that there is no cure. I am angry that it is sucking the life force out of so many people.

Gaslighting, and my priorities. (I'm more angry about a nice person's gaslighting instead of being angry about not so nice person's headgames? C'mon self, get it together.)

I am angry that a so called friend changed her post after I corrected her on it and acted like it was always like that. That I was the one mistaken, which I know I wasn't because I looked at it several times. I finally unfriended her. And her girls, because it didn't seem right to have her family still on my facebook when her and I aren't friends anymore. She's the one who got upset with me for asking her if she respected me and hasn't talked to me since. Enough of this rubbish and drama. I don't need it.

I am so angry at myself. I left the power cord to my laptop at a hotel and they do not have it. So thank goodness for Best Buy because I had the money to buy another one. I am new to motel life and will be more careful and double check now. I cannot believe I did that.

I'm angry at a colleague who had to make a drining competition with other colleagues on yesterday's dinner. He totally forgot that we had still to go one hour by bus and threw up only ten minutes after the bus started. We almost died because of the smell...and we had to apologize for him. :notworthy::sorry:...:banghead:

I'm angry at the train engineers going for a strike for six days! ...my group had to plan works outing and we won't be able to do as planned because we needed the train...now, it's like we're starting from point zero and time it too short to come up with something good. :sour:

Feelings. Talking about feelings. Feeling feelings. Feelings are on my short list. I really hate feelings right now.
