What Made You Angry Today?

I am angry over having been lied to on a large financial concern.

I am angry over having someone scream in my face within my personal zone.

To be honest, I get angry over controlling my choice of reaction or impulse control during those times while the other party thinks they are so bad arsh & I am weaker because I am a woman.

I am angry that I am angry, you know what I mean? Crap...sometimes feelings just suck.:clown:

I'm still dealing with how much anger I saw coming from my neighbor the other night which then makes me angry.

I had had a beautiful Sunday, had mowed the yard, and then decided to sit on my patio to just watch the animals on the other side of my fence. There were new baby goats to see and then so many horses, eating the grass in between the fence, where I can't mow.

One of my neighbor's complaints is this lady who owns this farm. It really is out of the city limits. My neighbor does know that I had moles in my yard, etc. but just seeing this lady's anger against this place was more than I could accept or handle when she came over Sunday evening.

She even commented that this lady may be dying, and then of course, since she had millions, the animals would be taken care of. I'm just so thankful that I did not share my enjoyable day sitting outside with her.

Some dude asked me twice if I was "going to beat the shit out of him" if I ever got angry because of the PTSD.
No, but if you ask me that again, I will.

Jesus, why do people ask questions like those?
Just because mommy and daddy were abusers, I can't be anything else...?

The uselessness of a morning colleague who never does the job he's supposed to do, and the manner of his (equally useless) supervisor who is not dealing with it. I have stated my case (to which the supervisor replied "all valid observations" excuse me? To which I said- Yes, and its your responsibility to act on them!

Nothing will happen, but now I have stated my case to him, I have a right to take it to his manager, at which point I shall be complaining about the both of them!

I'm angry about some people at work. There's is a really motivated and skilled female translator in another department. She's doing much more and better work than her male colleagues and they start to bully and exclude her. The problem is that they all work for the same translator company which is also run by a men. She will resign there and start to work independently. I feel so sorry with her and so angry at those jerks. She's so hard working and does a great job - only because she's a woman, they treat her that bad. GROAR! :mad:

I'm also angry about my neighbour who seems to let down all persons who don't act according to his expectations. That selfish a******! :banghead:

Everything. I feel angry and argumentative. Plus also the election has brought up some nasty negative feelingd and issues I thought I had moved on from.

I told my mom about a nightmare I had and how in the dream I was yelling and crying and she said "even in your dreams you're dramatic hahahaha blaaacknird". And she pretty much rolled her eyes. Thanks mom. I'll make sure to not talk to you about my nightmares anymore. That way I can spare you from at least some of my "drama".

My daughter gave me a gift that had a major stressor as part of it. I did not respond well. Angry that she presented it as part of a gift. Angry at my response. Angry........
