The pharmacy. 4 days in a row I called so see if my meds were ready to pick up. They told me they were, but upon arrival, they told me there was issues they couldn't be refilled. One script they told me on the 24th that because I had it refilled on 25th of last month, I couldn't get it refilled until the 25th of this month, even though it was a 30 day prescription and last month had 31 days.
Then they told my husband when he went for me, that they no longer contracted with medicare/medicaid I called and was basically told my husband was a liar. Went back they told me that my insurance wouldn't pay because i exceeded my yearly limit, even though I have a authorization that fixes that.
I said screw it, I'll pay for a weeks supply and call my insurance on Monday. 4 days of no sleep or anti-anxiety meds kinda sucks.
The last straw was when they told me on the phone today, "Yes, it's right here." I got there and they told me they couldn't processes it because their computers were down.
I asked for my scripts back. Ok, so I wasn't exactly on my best behavior when I asked for it back, but 1/2 hour sleep in a 120 hour period thanks to their error's, I wasn't feeling very generous or compassionate.
I took it to a new pharmacy, who promptly filled my scripts and billed my insurance in less than 15 minutes. Yeah, corporate is going to be hearing from me.
