What Made You Angry Today?

My daughter picked her horse's ashes up from the crematorium. She had requested that they save her shoes as she wanted them. They gave her scorched shoes. That is so tacky and just so callous....her heart was already broken. This totally pissed me off...such a simple request.

I am angry and it is better than being depressed but inherently less appealing than a pleasant holistic attitude.

I was so mad that when I shouted into the phone (in the privacy of my own room on the phone)...all the roommates & the Landlord scattered as I walked back out to smoke a cigarette outside. :wideeyed: And the best part was... I didn't care because I was mad.

After an amazing weekend at my Women's Spiritual Conference (where I made huge scarey break throughs) I ended up in urgent care. I got a severe migraine that none of my meds would help with, so had to go get 2 shots. One for nausea and one for pain. Now I'm home from work today because my migraine is still here! That's what made me angry today. :(

@RavenGirl ((hugs)) there often appears to be a cost to our body and mind when "a scary break through" occurs. It is similar to the pecking through the shell by the weary & drained baby chick.

I am sorry it was such a hard release of pain. Be gentle on yourself as you fluff your feathers. Preen just a little to enjoy the new birth.:hug:
