That I could make somebody happy with a few pieces of my lemon cake.

My dog and cat getting along after my dog snipped at him. Just a matter of territory. Then it was like nothing happened and they just went on their business of cuddling near me. I wish human's could be that way. Get over things quickly.

The battery that I had ordered for my laptop came in. It is so nice to have a new one now and for it to be charging. Since I had bought a used laptop and the battery was going out, now I know when this one was put in!

I had energy today to mow the yard. Hopefully, it is getting closer to that job being done for the year! Maybe it is the change of temperatures, but I do like the fall season!

Spending time with my sister today.

Getting my computer room so comfortable to spend time in. I hung my favorite pictures in the room, even the huge picture of myself that I had taken years ago is in it. It is my room with my bookcases, my windchime, etc. in it which also includes lots of binders in file cabinets which I need to have.

That I woke up feeling peaceful, not dreading being awake all day. That is an accomplishment. I hope it remains.

I just couldn't eat the box of vegetables after I had heated them up. I wanted Mexican food so I left the vegetables and went to a Mexican restaurant. What made me happy was that my favorite meal that I usually get was the special for the evening. Boy, am I glad I left the vegetables and went out and got me something that I really wanted to eat.

I found a recipe for bath salts, and a sale on essential oils, so I will make bath salts for Christmas presents along with my baking! I will go to the thrift store to look for glass jars and pretty ribbons.

I had a coupon from Kmart that shaved 30 cents a gallon off gas up to a 20 gallon limit. I gassed up both my car and my husbands car. For less than three bucks a gallon. Small potatoes I know, but it did make me happy.

That friends on facebook could find humor in my sad, little sweet potato. I like making people laugh.
