Picked my friends mom for her family from "adult daycare" and found out she needed a secret Santa gift for tomorrow. She was doing well so and I had a discount coupon so we went to a shop (exercise is pushing a shopping cart when she's having a good day, it was a good day today). She went straight to the jewelry section and was looking at all the costume jewelry rings... she picked one out for the gift for the woman she drew and found one for herself. As we went to the register, she worried about not having any money and I told her, I had wanted to pick out her gift and the ring she picked out was my Christmas present for her this year.

Her eyes lit up and smiling we rang up the purchase... with my coupon both rings were 50% off so I was happy too. She put it on at the store and admired it all the way through her supper until her son got home. I'm wrapping the other gift and will bring it with me in the morning so she can take her gift for the party tomorrow.

Texting with my oldest son and sharing his excitement in passing his credentialing exams. He is on cloud nine and that warms my heart.

Yesterday, receiving my new purse and wallet. I'm still trying to get use to the size of the purse. There are other aspects of it I do like. Like the color of the metal, silver instead of gold. I ordered it online along with a new wallet, because my old wallet would have gotten lost in this new purse.

It made me happy to get it and actually like it enough to keep it. But, my funny husband, thinks a purse should last a few years. Silly man. It can last, but someone else will be using it after that much time. lol

My husband took time this morning and spent it with me instead of running off to work early, or working out. It was a very pleasant time that I usually don't get with him. I'm happy he made the time.

Someone gave me some coupons for a free haircut at a new salon (one for me, my mister and my mom). They took walk ins so I got mine today and she did a great job and I gifted her with a $10 tip.

Finishing work until the 2nd Jan. Yay, it's Christmas Holidays:D

A phone call from my granddaughter. She called to thank me for her Christmas gifts, she sounds so grownup. :inlove:
