A piece of a memory. Been fishing for this one for aaages, as it meant years of life with someone. Couldn't remember that bit at all. Ha. Fever. You're an useful sucker. Lost it in another fever & months long recovery, back then. Finding gems. Breathe. :D

Sitting in my favourite park and a little Robin pops up beside me, hopped and skipped right up to my foot. Twas a little bit magical. Beautiful little thing.

I got a mani/pedi today and that was a first for a very long time and I really needed it.

That I chose to take care of myself the very best way I knew how to given the circumstances and that I didn't question or judge myself. I trusted myself and I stayed on my team today. This makes me happy and grateful.

The sweet smell of the autumn olive blossoms and all the pollinators busily buzzing around them, the gorgeous flutter by that repeatedly swooped by, the bumble bee that accompanied me and danced with mates along the way, the lady bugs loving it up on one of my favorite tree limbs, the gorgeous wispy feather that appears to be from a hawk that I found stuck in the thorny bush, and the sweet sounds of abundance flowing from the mountain stream after a couple days of rain. Thank you, day. Well done!
