What Made You Happy Today?

Sense of accomplishment for getting through the office holiday party even though I wasn't feeling well made me happy today. For the first time in weeks, I don't feel like a lost cause. I'm hopeful. :)

I slept all night. I slept most of the day then I got up and wrapped presents up for B and his Dad AND I got to to the PO and posted them. I was so happy that I got that done today.

That my dad was able to give money for us to get gifts for my boys from him. The boys were fine knowing grandpa wasn't going to be able to do it this year. I just know how much it means to my dad to be able to do it, so I am happy for him...not the gifts per se.

One of my former host daughters sent me beautiful, cute, endearing photos of her daughter. Abuelita estaba mucho feliz.

Anytime I actually make it to the PO is a miracle! I still have years old birthday cards never sent out, all addressed and stamped! He he he.
