What Made You Happy Today?

I played "squinkies" with my 9 y/o today for over an hour. We BOTH had a lot of fun. She smiled and laughed so much. That's what made me happy:).

I've been reading some of the positive comments people made in my dairy/journal. It is helping me to feel better today.

It's been snowing all day and I finally had enough packing snow to lay down the base for my backyard rink!

So super excited!

Drinking lots of water.

Eating lunch.

When my physical therapist lifted my left arm, I kept my eyes open. I let him know when it was too much, and was able to do ten lifts.

Something that made me happy today, and all other days, is the welcome I receive from my cat when I come home after a long day of work. She is so happy to see me, although part of that loving comes from her wanting food! Anyway, I love the warm welcome.

Happy that my daughter and her girls had a fun girls night. My daughter is such a good mom. She made them sundaes and watermelon. I am glad this day is over. I hope tommorow is a better day.

Getting up and having the fire ready for lighting. I actually slept last night! My doc called to see how I was yesterday. That's a first!
