Reading a post from a year ago and realizing how far I have come. I know there will be ups and downs but now I see more ups than down. A year ago it is was the other way around and I did not see and end to it, but now I do.

Not sure which made me happier: the fact that my mother-in-law offered to help me with some domestic chores, or the fact that I felt able to accept her offer. Usually I find it next to impossible to accept help.

I ran a ten-mile race. I think I can honestly say it was the hardest race I've ever done, but I did it.
