Back from walk. I felt so happy listening to music and planning next creative project and having a sense of wholeness.

I went and dropped by and saw the woodworkers and then I did some food shopping. I am so lucky to be able to have food and go food shopping. So many people do not have access to clean water and good food. I am truly grateful and happy about having food.

That my husband gets out of work early today.

That I am surrounded by a loving family that smiles a lot and laughs a lot. So very calm and pleasant.

The wonderful company of my family. I dearly love them, they are so precious to me. I really enjoy being around them with all of the good conversation and laughter.

Having a blast going food shopping with my daughter today. My sister calling me and reconnecting. The granddaughters are such a joy. I am so happy today.
