What Made You Happy Today?

I never had a happy moment today, just a sad and lonely one. I get them every so often, and nothing seems to stop them?

I went up to Morrison's to buy food and stuff, the place was crowded, being a Saturday, yet I've never felt so alone in my life.

Not even when I was a youngster, miles into the wilderness on a Scottish mountain top, when I used to be in the mountain rescue team, that was a lifetime ago now.

Watching Dr Who and a program about Genesis. Yes I love Genesis.

Watching Downtown Abbey, it's one of my favourite shows, next to Top Gear, (which. I won't be watching in the future, now that the three petrol heads have gone?)

I like watching all the documentaries as well, I would be lost without them.

Ditto on the working painkillers. My chronic pain has been bad lately. Today I woke up and feel better.

had a duvet day just slept all day! however I feel chilled not hyper, but now feel shame for wasting time. What are you supposed to do with ptsd I am either too much chilled ie frozen or hyper !!!!

I had a great nights sleep last night, as I took one of them pills the doctor gave me.

He only gave me seven of them to last a month, that means that I get at least one good nights sleep a week, and I was well glad of it last night.

I was happy to sit in the blazing sun and be able to appreciate the Lords creation when so many others don't get that chance.
