It became very obvious to me, yesterday, how much my family loves me and would miss me if something were to happen to me and that makes me very happy to know!!! I am greatly loved and cared for by my small, but close-knit family and nothing could make me much happier than to know this.

I saw the movie Grandma and strangely it gave me hope and inspiration about finding love.

A manager at a store asked me if I liked pizza, then had his employee fix a pizza and gave me the first slice off the pie free! :shy: Then his employee called me a honored guest. I do not know why! But I was very much in shock and said thank you. I haven't had anybody do something like that in years! My heart was so happy and I ate it on the way home like a kid with the biggest grin.

My 10 year old niece unexpectedly came up out of the blue to say hi to me at work. She's always been too shy before. (She was with a friend and her mum).

Just before that I found a bag of crisps that an enterprising customer had hooked a Pudsey ears headband over. It looked really silly and made me laugh. (For those that don't know, Pudsey is a teddybear, a national children's charity figurehead).

I fitted the registration plate, that I bought for my car yesterday, and saw them today as I was returning from the shop, as I hadn't seen them from a distance until then.

I'm well pleased with them, I've always wanted a private plate, but my late wife said it was a waste of money?

But they are on now, and look great, I got my first two initials, .....then the year I was born....... then I've got my full initials.

The ideal ones I wanted, that spelled out "well nearly" my name, cost a lot!!!!!!

So I settled for a cheaper one!

I'm happy that I am going to lunch with my sister, though it cuts into my nap time. I will just have to make sure that I bring my medicine so I don't fall asleep while I am with her. She prefers it if I am conscious. lol

I am happy because this is the first day in a long time that I have not had to take my anxiety medication due to a panic attack.

My new neighbor just brought over a big container of homemade stew for me. So good and so thoughtful. So different from what I was used to. Something to get used to.

This couple have now lived next door to me for almost a year, but it was just last week that she came over for a visit. She was asking about Halloween and how much candy to buy. I told her that I didn't know because I keep the house dark to avoid me buying candy and then eating it all.
