What Moved You Emotionally Today?

The trust of another colleague towards me.

I was moved by a young fox playing on a path in the woods. I could watch him from where I took a short break during my bike tour.

Hours of dancing to salsa rhythms. Reminded me feeling alive is soo easy attainable.

I was moved by the DVD which was an extra to the new album of my favourite band. They told about their songs - and the songs are really critical, also very moving.

I was moved most by the meaning of forgiveness. They wrote a song over a woman who was a victim to Nazi experiments and officially forgave her torturers. ...it really moved me and I begin to thing how it might change my attitude if I just forgive some persons who really hurt me a lot.

Anrish' post moved me. (Though I'm still at 'I forgave some of them... still want them dead and not fast exit' variant of forgiveness, admittedly.)

My anger emotion came out in me today, I had a flaming row with a woman in a call centre, she just didn't listen to a word I said. She just kept repeating the words in the card in front of her, and talked over me all the time, she just Wouldn't Listen to me!

When I asked to speak to some one else, she just ignored me, and kept reading from her card!

She made me so Mad, with her repetition, and ignorance, I ended up having to shout, so that she would listen, but no, she still carried on reading from her card, it made me furious!

I wish I could move a lot better than I think I can. I have bursitis in my left knee among other ailments. Blech.....

A kid learning to skate. He's been on it for a few days & is seriously adorable in how he helps his buddies with everything new he learns and watches out for them.

Walking by the living room window and seeing a rooster, 7 squirrels, some blue jays, red birds (Cardinals), wood peckers, dove and the first batch of sparrows (several small groups come to visit in the fall and winter totaling from 150-over 200) bouncing around in and around the azaleas. It feels like I'm more connected to nature instead of living in a town when my "wildlife" comes to our yard. Emotionally it moves me towards more calm and peace.

By a wonderful story about a mother who flees her beating husband in 1865. She's brave and really smart. It's so wonderful to read.

My new love interest was in church today and he took communion too. I am in the choir, so I was not able to catch him and talk to him afterward, as he snuck out as soon as the sermon was done. None the less, it was so nice to see him there!
