What Should I Write?

These are all great suggestions. I find that free writing helps me. I just start writing/journaling about whatever is on my mind. Sometimes this is really helpful. And it can give me something to take to my T to show her what my thoughts were at that time. I hope you can find something that helps :).
 
I hope it is helping you express what you are thinking and feeling. This process is not easy... not by a long shot. Its nice to see that you can communicate through your writings with your T. And that she reads it. Do you find it more helpful when she reads it or do you normally read it to her?
 
@d-art13 - She used to ask every time if I wanted to read it to her and I refused every time. She used to read it out loud, but I started to freak out every time she did that. I freak out when she reads it silently sometimes, too. Now, I draw or read (trauma therapy kinds of things) while she reads. She gets a feel for where we need to go with our session from these and we choose together from the possibilities.
