I am “aggressively“ (T’s term not mine) passively suicidal. It is so much apart of my thinking I had no idea, until I started therapy, how much I thought in the way this song talks. This morning I woke up and it is worse than usual. This song has become a bedrock of helping me get through these thoughts. The song’s final message is sometimes the only thing that gets me back to hoping.
