Yeah, she is being quite silly. Some of it is pent up anxiety, I think she is nervous about me, so it's good to see her play and run it off. She keeps running in big circles to try and get the other dogs to chase her. It does help to watch her. :)
 
So sorry you have been re-traumatized, how awful! Do whatever you can to get help from your therapist. I have mine's home phone even, but I know that is not common. I have her email too. I hope you can contact your therapist and a psychiatrist for the benzo prescription. Get help from wherever you can. The more the better. I would journal what happened also, and if you can cry go ahead and have a good cry. Release as much of the aftershocks as you can, but getting into emergency therapy with your therapist is what would top my list. I will pray for you too, I hope that is OK.
