St. Nik, I hear ya. BTDT. But I have to express my thoughts on a few of those.
- Get past it. You can't be suffering it still? (I forgot it was as easy as that! How dare I...
1. It IS going to get better. Not right now, not tomorrow, but someday. We cannot force medical/psychological advances. I remember a few years ago when I was doing EEG Neuro Feedback. Even Anthony was critical of it. But I found for me it worked. Now, I found Alpha Stim works wonders. It's not perfect, but it's better than the EEG Neuro Feedback.
2. Believe in yourself. Believing in yourself is what keeps you going. I've seen what happens to people when they quit believing in themselves, and it's really ugly.
3. Exercise is also good for you. It helps keep you healthy. But if you don't want to do it, don't. No one's forcing you to do anything.
Here I am, officially past the 30 year mark of having to deal with this PTSD crap. God I hate it. But I still love myself no matter what.
