I would also contend that there are some measurable differences in behavioral genetics between old money people on average, and welfare lifers on average. So, yeah, bloodlines are real.

I believe you misinterpreted their smirking and twittering, which was in fact class in action. There is so much to it--the way you think, the way you talk, the way you respond to situations. But explaining that to you verbally would be admitting to studying it, which would be vulgar.When you ask them to describe class, they smirk and twitter like Marks and Spencer clad Bronte sisters. They couldnt answer that because there ISNT an answer to that anymore.
