Still waiting on start up money, but so far I have spent about a million dollars on my bead supplier page !!!! Getting impatient... have some bracelets designed, just need all the other stuff to get going....

Thanks @shimmerz, I took immediate action with this one... I have not been paying attention to the build up of feelings that are present in my life right now. I still, after all these years, can not seem to 'multi task':confused:
So the next day after the nightmare, I sat down and made a list of stressors.... that helped a lot. If I don't deal with things in the here and now, it's like a sewer that gets backed up,, and that sh#t has go somewhere, right ?!.
And of course I was 'Happy' and we know our PTSD companion does not like for us to be happy !! I did let the fear of more nightmares motivate me to find out what was going on.... happy to say, so far so good...no guarantees of course, but have not had any sense... probably writing this will bring on an onslaught.... Guess my disease was letting me know.... tend to things now, or pay the consequences....
