Who has tried ketones to help regulate mood and relieve ptsd symptoms?

I've taken raspberry ketones, though I never found they had much effect on my anxiety.

We eat a paleo-based diet; we tried the keto diet and just found it too restrictive
I've never been in ketosis either (I've actually never had the sticks to test but I'm quite sure my diet wouldn't have been strict enough), as I find a ketogenic diet too restrictive. However, I do tend to eat a paleo-based diet too which seems to be the best fit for me, and definitely notice my anxiety is significantly reduced when my diet has higher (healthy) fat as opposed to higher carb/protein. Unfortunately healthy fats are not the easiest/cheapest to come by. I try to use a lot of coconut oil in cooking, and olive oil for dressing and other fat sources such as fresh ground flaxseeds and cod liver oil. I wish salmon and avocado were cheaper though:)
Perhaps when I'm no longer living on a student budget I will try to go keto, as I've read it can help with an array of different health issues.

Thanks. I just looked into that after your info. Some avoid palm oils because it is not as eco friendly. It is interesting to learn this.

I would not be able to afford coconut MCT at the same concentrations that I take. However I will share this info about palm oils!
