I really don't have anything to offer or great words of wisdom. I've never been in your shoes or experienced those horrors. I can't imagine how or what your daily life looks like.

Sorry just doesn't cut it. I guess all I can offer is a hug if you accept and a listening ear. I am following your this thread. I really do care about you.

That is terrible.

Here's a *hug* and a reminder that you're better than they know. You're smart, competent and able. If they can't see it, they're going to be awfully surprised. You can do this, they're just underestimating you and trying to feel better about themselves for something they shouldn't have done or be doing.
