Let her go and file if she wants a divorce. See if the bullshit walks.

If she doesn't go and file, give her a little time and patience. Respect any boundaries she sets. If she wants to move into the other room, so be it. If she is in a chaotic place, be the calm in the storm. No added drama.

I went through the same things with H.
He didn't leave as he planed, we lived in our friendship. We are now still together, in marriage counselling and trying to make it work. It's a slow process, but it is getting better, one day at a time. Looking for a therapist,ect with experience in PTSD, I feel is important. My first one didn't and it was a shit show to say the least. Sen

In a different but similar situation. What caused your wife PTSD for my friend it was rape.

I started seeing therapy and am realizing how I wasn't equipped to be a good partner/ friend and therapy is a platform to learn how to be a good friend.
