Not being the sharpest tool in the shed, I have to go home, in the quiet, and ponder what we discussed and what lessons I can learn from the session. But, I have learned that this is not always a good thing. Sometimes, I'll misinterpret something she said and it gets all blown out of porportions.
Thus this will be the subject of our next session...how to stop ruminating to the point I misinterpret.
