One more thing, every time you say no to this, it gets easier. That feeling of wanting to drink it, smoke it, swallow it or shoot it becomes less. That anxious unpleasant feeling that comes immediately after saying "no", becomes less. It stops feeling like a huge mistake when you don't use, it begins to feel as it should, it feels like pride.

i havent huffed duster in like around 2 yrs and had a hard therapist session today and past by like 50 of them on an end cap at walmart...damn shit is sold everywhere...and it was quite hard.

Coke/crack is my drug of choice and been clean of that for 10 yrs and i just keep myself away from anyone that does it, sells it, etc. Lucky for me i dont have guts to go downtown so if i dont know someone i wont get it...or buy online out of the country...BUT duster is legal to buy so i can relate to that.

Addiction is a demon that will always be faught. If i had a line of coke in front of me now id do it w/ 10 yrs soberity under my belt...so you have to stay hyper vegilent in changing everything, your contacts, your lifestyle, location for me, everything and keep aware of those hard times that will always tempt you to 'numb out' and fight those times with all you have...and its easier if you have a friend or family member that supports you that you can call.

At first when i quit huffing my ex roommate would go to walgreens w/ me and then when they moved id call my step mom and talk to her about whatever to get my mind off of it. I can fight it alone now but at times, like today, its hard. Most days i pass it w/o a glance or thought, today was different.

Its a life long battle but one that can be won. And it is easier than it is in the beginning, its just the addict brain will always be there in the back and nag at you...especially on hard days.

But you can do this!

Either way it A) wasnt a control delivery by ICE (was afraid of that due to how long it took...it gets shiped to ICE & then they do the control delivery) and B) more importantly, you dont have it!

So now, dont think of it & get rid of the link you used to order it! Cuz those hard days will come and you dont want to make it easier. And also I would, if you can, elect a friend or family member to call when those hard days come or just come on here and type it out. Basically, have a plan for the hard days cuz they will come.

It was only 2 grams so it comes in a DL type envelope and has great stealth, so it wasn't like I order five thousand dollars worth the stuff. I'm glad it ain't coming. And I'm just going to count my losses as a blessing and just stay on the path I'm on.

If you have Netflix, To Catch A Smuggler will scare you out of ordering anything illegal from over seas. They opened Frontline for my dog. I have not a clue what it looked like on exray but it is AMAZING how they find what they do from the mail...and the people smuggling it in inside themselves.

Their radiation testing things they have on them, it went off because ONE person had just had an MRI w/ contrast 3 days prior!

I'm just going to count my losses as a blessing and just stay on the path I'm on.
