You aren't as angry as you used to be in the beginning.
Coming to accept what happened
Laughing about disassociating (the small stuff such as forgetting items)
Crazy isn't always so bad. ;)
Waking up happy

Just to name a few.

Also, flashbacks aren't happening nearly as often. That was a huge one for me! I would get at least 4 flashbacks per month. Now I only get them when I talk about my trauma. So, I don't talk about it.

Hey I can feel my thighs what a novel experience!
Able to regulate and self soothe far better than ever before
I'm feeling enough every once and again
Starting to be able to plan, think things through and follow through (that's legit a miracle. Walking on water status)
Glimpses of happiness and peace
You too can do it...Only took me 30 yrs! Hmmmph!! :roflmao: Here's to my next 30! Wishing everyone a...more expedient recovery lol:p
 
you give yourself a break! you understand what happened to you, why it did, why you are the way you are, why you responded as you did, you see what you could do better next time, are happy for the learning experience/growth/progress and move on. no self flagellation required:D:singing::singing: *oh happy day!*
