You know you have PTSD when your social life didn’t change with the pandemic.

It’s better to hide and watch the world through screens.. I don’t want to be a part of anything.. I don’t want people, only chirping birds(They are independent animals ) around me, food, internet, big screens, a massive book shelf, living on a Tower with technology. Leave me alone and I want to read and think about things.. just leave me alone. No humans No problems (What if you need a Doctor?) Hmm problems
