You know you have PTSD when.....you get an alert on the forum telling you 'someone is following you' and your immediate reaction is a bad feeling.....until you realise how irrational that is :rolleyes:

When seeing the first light of morning is a relief

You realize your having a good day because you haven't shook in several hours. Then start shaking because something might be wrong. After all you haven't shook in several hours.

...when you long for a drink at 11 am in the office because you've just realized something (and you've only been drunk like maybe five times in your whole entire life). Blaaaaaaaaah.

...when you want to hit someone over the head but the sole thing he's doing is being nice. Finally though you've figured that out (that all he's doing is being nice and that you are the one with the problem), and I guess that goes into the progress section. Even more blaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

...when you have no trouble going to sleep at around 9 in the morning and get a few wonderful hours of sleep. Of course, five days a week this is not possible. Sorry for being so blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

When you go past a bottle shop and suddenly have the urge to buy a bottle of vodka and down it, but can't because you can't mix alcohol with your strong AD medication :(

When you jump to the ceiling when the popcorn starts popping :oops: and your heart is racing. The worse is that you know it's going to pop, but it just took you by surprise ...:O_o:
