Me Myself and I

Since I have been diagnosed with PTSD (years ago), I have always looked for ways to help myself cope better while having one of my not so good moments. It first started out like some sort of a game, basically inventing studying and elaborating methods and techniques as if I was my own Therapist ( a free one ) :D !!
So far I have come with plenty of Ideas, and I must admit they worked out pretty well. Somewhat I found the right tools to get me going throughout my attacks - not that it is always easy nor does it always work as quick as I wish - But very often it does help.
One of the latest things I've tried are, as mentioned in this thread's title ( Native American Chants). As most of the things it happened by chance, I was looking for some soundtracks online, and have stumbled upon these chants, out of curiosity I have decided to listen to a few, and I found them to be so relaxing. Therefore I made a long playlist containing the ones I liked most, and every time I feel the need to loosen up, to deviate my thinking from negative thoughts, I listen to them. :headphone:
So far, they are proving to be really helpful.
If you like to experiment with ways to help you, you might want to try that!
