I have called the police, security and the landlord. I am freaked out, why is he out of jail already. I don't feel safe at all. Why is he out of jail!?

My husband went to get my anxiety meds and I was out of refills, didn't realise it so I am out of anxiety meds until tomorrow, this sucks bad.

It IS very common for a perp to be released on bail.

Is he following you?.....loitering?....making threats?

be more specific, pls

"The Man.....is back" doesn't help us understand the situation very well.

I would be really scared too, I empathize.

He was parked right outside my window if I go out for a smoke he just stares at me. Yes, we are filing for a restraining order and for civil damages. He left and I let the police know he just left like 2 minutes ago.

Sorry for those who missed the other thread, he slashed our car tires as well as 7 other people cars. put rags in the gas tanks with intentions of igniting the rags and causing an explosion. He went after my husband and another man with a knife.

I am having a hard time calming down, but I know security is out there and the police are on alert. I am having my husband move his car to a different parking lot just to be safe.

He is one of those types of people that makes your blood run cold just by looking at him. I was freaked out by him for a good week before the attack.

Remember to ground if you can . @Fadeaway

We are here for you.

I spoke with the office this morning they told me if I saw him again to call the police again because he isn't allowed on the property and it is criminal trespass. Well, he is back again. Just got off the phone with the police again. This guy has my anxiety going through the roof. I normally go out on my balcony to smoke but he is sitting right there.

Edit, police are here, his car is here but he isn't.

@Fadeaway Well, if his car is there and he isn't, it's still a good thing. His car didn't just drive itself there, so he must be around somewhere. Try and stay calm, and the police will do their job. I know, saying try to be calm is easier than actually doing it.

I remember yrs ago, when we had a serial arsonist in my town, and this person tried setting fire to the building I was living in. It was scary as hell. I was living with a guy at the time and we took turns sitting in the dark, in the window watching our yard and surrounding area. Then I spotted a car with a couple of people in it in the next parking lot. Called the police and asked if it was them on stake out. Even though they couldn't confirm, it was the police and they did catch the guy.....

Hang in there... I know this is hard, but the asshole will get what he deserves....

The guy is still out there. It has been days now. The office tell us to call the cops every time we see him, that he is trespassing, but since he only shows up after the office is closed, he tells them he is a resident and they can't do anything. Last night he was out there messing with people's cars again and the police told us not to bother them again. My husband complained to the office this morning and told us they would take care of it but he is out there again!

My husband has started the restraining order process but for a civil matter it is going to take longer than we hoped. Nothing can be done until next Tuesday! I didn't know until after 5pm today so tommorowI am going to call a woman's shelter and see if they have any advice.

I'm at a total loss for understand the police telling you to "not bother them again". If it were me, I think I'd go over their heads and call the mayors office and complain. This guy is a nut case, and if he's trying to set cars on fire, then it's a dangerous situation waiting to happen.

I wouldn't stop calling the police, the mayors office or the office where you live till I got some resolution to the issue.
